To begin with I want to explain why in which i have chosen to complete a music magazine print rather than a short film clip.
The main reason in which i chose to do a print was down to the fact i believe with a magazine i can aim at a varitey of ages as due to the mass contents of a magazine each page can be aimed at a diffrent age group for example. However when it comes to the short film, whatever the storyline is, there will be a certain age group for that particular style/genre.

I have also found that when it comes to a print there is more opportunity to be creative due to the availabilty of programmes such as photoshop and so on. Also i find that i am less familiar with flim enhanceing programmes however am exepreience in the use of photo enhancing programmes.
A downside to completing a print rather than a short film is that, due to all the photos in the magazine having to be amateur (homemade) it does mean than enhancing of the photo's will have to be very thourough and therefore very time consuming.

Also in terms of a print there are far more gaps in the market in which i can exploit in order to boost the uniquness of my magazine and make it stand out from the rest.
